Before completing the form please ensure that you have no doubts about your ability and desire to commit the necessary time, love and energy to care for one of our rescue dogs.

• Do you have the time and space to give to their exercise and training?
• Do you have the energy to go out no matter what the weather and love long muddy walks?
• Do you have the patience to give your new dog the weeks or months it make take to settle into their new home?
• Have you read an understood our Neutering Policy?

Please do not apply if you are not willing to travel to meet your prospective new family member, if you are looking for a bitch to breed from, or if you are after a perfectly trained dog that will need no training or exercise.

Our suitability checks are thorough, as you would expect when we are providing a new start to a spaniel whose current experience of life is sometimes less than ideal.

If completed online, it will be emailed straight to our teams inbox's. If you fill in the pdf version you must send this by post to Cynthia to the address at the bottom of the form.
Once we have received your form one of our volunteers will read it and if we think we have a suitable dog for you then we will be in contact. Due to the large number of forms we receive we are not always able to get back to people straight away.
